As monitoring and evaluation officer or intern, you will be

self

you. It is not something to confuse what to say. This is basically the details

(position held, Company name, number of years worked there), Training, workshops
and conferences (Remember related ones only)
Remember, in this method approach of answering the interview
question, you do not need to add your hobbies and referees. Just conclude at training,
workshops and conferences that you attended.

What are your weakness and strengths
Hint: Very important question. They are testing your
attitudes towards work and duties that you will be assigned. No negative thing
about yourself. Change your strength to weakness.
Example: “My strength is that I can multitask. (Give
example) As I was working for Kenya Red Cross Society, I was also doing part-time
Interpretation service and publishing Blog article.”
Since multitasking is your strength your strength will be concentrating
too much on your work such that you forget or don’t get time for your family
and hobbies.

and decision making ability. You need to present a situation that was tough and

job interview question you need to carefully select the scenario. The question
is assessing how to track progress and manage change. It should not be one that is affecting the any
person or workmates. It should not be personal profile. Talk of workload that
was ignored to be done and what you have done to bring the attention to it again.

Hint: The best ways to answer this question is not to say I hate
repetitive questions and get disturbed with it but to show that it exist in many
organizational work hierarchies and the
best thing to do is plan the work well , priorities and allocate to someone.
