The Job Interview  
The second stage of employment is taking an interview with the potential employer. After applying for a job vacancy by sending your application or motivation letter plus Resume, the employer does a review of the applicant resumes and application. You may be viewed as the best candidate for the vacant position.

Most of the employers get your application, resume or motivation letter either from your direct submission, online application from websites or referrals from recruitment agency or a friend referred to you after a job vacancy has been placed on the job board’s or newspapers.
The employer or the recruiting agency looks at the resume manually or electronically. Your resume must make a good impression to the employer to be selected for the job interview. For manually reviewed resumes it must be well grammatically written.  Manual resume reviews only takes 30 seconds. Likewise the machine resumes reviews. To have high chances of being selected for the job interview it is good always to have your resume well written. It should contain the major terminologies applied in the job application for it to easily recognize your resume.

In the interview, the employer would want to know more about you. Since, the resume was so brief about you, the employer may take the chance to learn and know your level of skills, expertise and the related experience that you by asking you job interview questions.  

The likely question that you are going to face in the job interview may surround the experiences, lessons learned , leadership experience and the accomplishment that you have made in your previous employment. The questions will target how you managed specific situation in the company, your relation with other workmates, the work challenges that you have faced in your line of duties and how you managed to solve those situations.

Secondly, the other important part of the job interview is the questions relating your relationship with family members and coworkers. This question gives the employer a clue with the person that they are employing. His character and relationship with people with others and how the work pressure affects his interaction with people.  

The recruiting company will ask also ask you about career objectives at the company. Your long term plans. This will show the employer how you will be committed to the company core objectives and goals. How you are going to benefit the company as their employer.
In the interview, your will also be asked to mention your expected salary. It is good not to mention too high salary or too low. Even though the salary is open for negotiation, the employer wants to know your motive there.
The interviewer always gives chances for the candidate to answer theses interview questions. There is no good answer for those interview questions but your answer must align to the job position and the related experience that you have to answer them well.
