2. Confirm the email registration confirmation. Usually job alerts are sent to your email.

3. You must fill your account profile on the selected job site. Fill the personal details form that is provided under the profile and activate the job alerts.

Fill as much as possible the field of specialization.  Most of the sites match those skills with your details in the account and provide you with alerts to apply a job that best fits your career for area of specialization of  person.
