There are interview mistakes that you need to avoid to get a succeed in an interview. To win the interview and get the job you should be careful of how you behave in the interview. This is building about your impression with the interviewer. Interview means evaluating the interview candidates whether they have the desirable qualities, skills, knowledge and experienced required for the job vacancy.

Many job seekers hustle and fail interview because of this minor and correctable reasons. It is always good to review the interview that you had and do correction so that you don’t repeat in the coming interviews.

The following are the common mistakes that cost the dream jobs of most of the interviewees. 
·        Boasting so much. Too much bragging about what you have done or what you have achieved in the organization. As interviewee you suppose to exhibit what your achievement are but too much of it is deemed to be a white lie.

·        Responding rudely. It is being rude if you refuse to answer some of the question of the interview or keep quite from the interviewer. In addition to that answering arrogantly to some question can lead you to miss the job even if you best candidate and who is more for that job. Respect id very important thing. Is better to say I don’t know rather than keeping quite or answering rudely.

·        Trying too hard to impress the interviewer. In interview, it good so sell yourself, build your image that you are the best candidate for a job interview who has all the qualities required for the job but too much of it can cause you to be denied for the job.

·        Discussing Negative Experiences. It is not good to choose negative experiences when answering behavioral interview questions.  Choosing negative situations can show your weakness.

·        Failing to sell your skills. Failing to emphasis that you have the related skills, knowledge and experience can lead you to fail the interview. The interviewer will see you as if you don’t have the qualities of the candidate they are looking for the position.

·        Negative Body Language. Lack of excitement in the interview, smile, eye contact can also signal that you are not confident and you don’t believe in yourselves.  Y should be confident of yourself and that your voice should not variate. Shake the hands of the interviewer when you meet with them.

·        White Lie. Lack of honesty is another challenge that most of the interviewees fail interview. You should not lie of what you don’t know and what you have not done. Many job applicants include their CV/resume of what they don’t know. Why they asked a question about it they get nervous and frustrated.

·        Negative attitudes. Approaching the answer sin biased way or stereotyping it can also lead to fail interview. The hiring person can see you as a threat to the organization culture. And that you cannot adopt with the coworkers.

·        Lack of preparation. Lack of preparation for the interview questions. As a candidate for the job interview, you prepared answer to probable interview questions that are frequently asked and Foresee how you are going to answer it.

·        Lack of knowledge about the organization and the occupation. Research on the company work, activities, products and service. Relate yourself to what they need as you answer questions.

·        Complaining of current employer and workmates.  A bad man always complains with his tools. So if you complain about your former employer and coworkers, the interviewer will see you as weak and unworthy man.

·        Being moody. Be happy and excited. Always smile during the interview.
