There few things that you must not say in a job interview.  Some   job seeker answer interview question without seriously thinking about it. It is always good to answer interview question from the positive view about it. Most of the interviewer will assess you from different parts your social skills, your responsiveness to workload, stress, experience and abilities. You should be aware that you need to give the best answers that relate to the work you applied. Relate the answer you give in the interview to the job requirement that you have read in the job description.

There are many things that you should never say in an interview. These include the following items.
·         “Sorry, am late for the interview.” Seriously, are you really in need of work? There is no excuse for coming late to job interview. Coming late to interview already means that you are irresponsible person. You cannot be assigned a duty or cannot be delegated for something’s. Make an arrangement to come earlier.  If the area is common with traffic jam, organize yourself to reach to the interview venue one hour earlier.

·         “My former boss or supervisors was terrible and rude. “  You might be asked why you left your last job. This is not a good reason to answer to the employer or the hiring person. It will show you that you are not someone who can be controlled or get along with staff and the management. Look for some other good reason as to why you left your previous job. You can answer that the previous job never gave you a chance to learn. You can also say you wanted to have time to do further study which the previous job doe not accommodate that.

·         “I was fired after my projects failed to take on.” This can be behavioral interview questions. When answering or giving answers to such question. And if you use an example of it. Give the lesson that you have learned from them.

·         “I don’t have weakness.”  For God’s sake, you don’t have a weakness. Answering this common interview question like this will indicate to the interviewer that you are not serious and that you are lying to them.  So some little research and have something to say in the interview. Make your strength to be a weakness.

·         “Don’t discuss personal issues.” Don’t be too unprofessional. The interview is not your family counselor. Don’t bring your private issue to the interview room. The interviewer wants to hear academic performance, your abilities, competence to do the job. No one wants to know why you divorce your former wife, your age and the number of children you have.

·         “The salary was small and no promotion” Although the main reason that you are looking for a job is to get an income above all but you don’t have to be so much concerned about it. Look for something professional to convince the interviewer to give you the job. Don’t complain of small salary and lack of promotion in the previous company. Tactfully, defend yourself.

·         “Don’t say negative information about yourself.”   Do not talk ill about yourself and always build yourself image. Be positive about yourself.

·         “ I don’t know what to do here.” This shows that you don’t know what to do in the company if given a job. Do a research before you came to the interview and have something to day about the company service or the products. Read also the job description before you came for the interview.

·         “How much vacation time do I get?” Give the chance to ask question and you present such a disappointing topic you will never get that job.  It looks that you are not ready to work and learn from the company. The interviewer will doubt about your capability to fulfill your duty as required. It better to ask other question related to the job.

·         “I don’t have any questions. “  it is not also advisable to say I don’t have any interview questions. This will obviously signal that you have no clue of what you’re required to do. It is better to ask something related to benefit that you can get from the job. Fringe benefits such as health insurance and other covers. Do not miss to say something. Be prepared to ask question.

·         “ In the future I want collect money and start my own business.”  This is not good answer to the interview. Talk about your career building and what you are going to learn. Your future plans are your personal issue, don’t talk about it.

·         “My greatest weakness is perfectionist.” Sure? Can anyone be perfect? It is unrealistic. Be prepared very well to answer the interview questions.
