There are things that you need to do after the interview process.  Most of the job candidates forget to do this. Succeeding in an Interview is not about evaluating the skills that you have but also applying some interview skills and tactics to pass and beat the other job contestants. It is about building your relationship, good image and linkages with interviewers and the staff in the company. Most of the job applicants who did this succeeded in job interview and have high chances of being called for next interview stages.

When the interview finishes, you don’t have to stand up and just go like that. There is more to do after ending the questions.  As the interviewers stand up and bid you buy what you need to do is that:

1.      Don’t stand up before the interviewers. Let the interviewer pick their stuff unless they have excused you and want to discuss more.

2.      Shake hands with the interviewers. Show some respect to them before leaving. Don’t just disappear impolitely. Show them that you are social that you don’t need to take some time to know about them. Be friendly.

3.      Say thank you for calling you the interview. Appreciate the chance they gave you and let them know that you are happy taking some time with them.

4.      Before leaving the venues get their business cards. This will help you to contact them again to say thank you and may be for future job opportunities in the company.

5.       Talk to some of them and ask their views about the interview. They can give you clue of where you might have done well or made mistakes for future interviews.

6.      Ask the interviewers when is the latest they you are going to hear from them about the interview results.

7.      Ask how to answer interview question that gave you hard time to answer it.

8.      As soon as you reach home write a thank you letter to the interviewers.

All this steps will impress the interviewer and will see you that are social person. It will help you to come back to the mind of the interviewer  when they are evaluating the interview results of the interview candidates.
